Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print).
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media posts and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Event Coordination:  Assist in organizing and promoting events.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (prefered but not required)
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
